Granite REIT (a spin-off of Magna International) established its independent office on the top floor of TD Centre.

This time-sensitive project had two key objectives; to meet an ambitious occupancy date and to create an aspirational working environment to support employees commuting into downtown.

Re-interpreting a legacy

In 12 short weeks, our team advised Granite real estate brokers on site selection options, established project scope and budget, and managed the design and construction of this 9,600 sf facility.

Our team collaborated with executives and branding consultants to create a workplace environment featuring original photographic artwork, showcasing Granite’s automotive industry roots. Timelines and budgets were successfully met with judicious reuse of existing architectural elements in a phased implementation.
