We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role bridges marketing and business development with coordinating campaigns, proposals, events, and communications to amplify our brand and help grow the business. It’s a fast-paced environment where adaptability, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail are essential.

Key Accountabilities
Marketing & Communications
- Support day-to-day coordination of the marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives, meetings and deliverables are aligned and deadlines are met
- Coordinate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook), including content planning, scheduling, monitoring, analytics, and reporting
- Coordinate photography and video shoots, liaising with clients and creative teams
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, including award submissions, trade shows, conferences, speaking engagements, and media opportunities
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards
- Draft original content including press releases, case studies, social media posts, award submissions, and website copy
- Track media coverage and monitor industry trends
Business Development
- Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations and other business development assets
- Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate client tours, internal BD events, and year-end gifting
- Monitor business trends, new BD opportunities and conduct preliminary research on leads
- Maintain our CRM database (Salesforce): update contacts, leads, and create reports
- Support the executive team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, business development, or communications role (preferably in design, architecture, or another creative industry)
- Highly organized and collaborative while juggling multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for design and storytelling
- A strong visual eye, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere)
- Experience with CMS, CRM, WordPress, Salesforce and Monday.com
