Transit City

Building on our successful relationship, CentreCourt came to us with a clear brief for the presentation centre for their ambitious Transit City development. They wanted a timeless, restrained luxury, bringing the downtown vibe of Toronto north of the city. We set out to change the definition of the luxury real estate buying experience.

Everything about the buying journey was thoughtfully considered. From recreating the sense of arrival in a lobby to the use of opulent materials and finishes that speak to the unrivaled amenities. Transit City became the most successful new condo launch in the history of the GTA as measured by units sold (1,100) in the first 2 weeks. Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) has become a huge success, with Figure3 designing the interiors for all 5 of CentreCourt's condos in the development.

"They design spaces that are memorable, truly creative and that differentiate us from the sea of condo projects out there."

A monochromatic palette introduced the timelessness of marble and the drama of brass and gold. Porcelain, marble and wood-paneled feature walls were detailed with brass edge trim signaling that every detail mattered. Project suite finishes were displayed behind glass like artwork while details of the building’s architecture are displayed on decorative wood screens. Warmth is ushered in through a variety of lush textures and strategic lighting conjures the ambience of five-star luxury.
