Diversity, Equity, Inclusion

We actively contribute to charities and support local and independent businesses in order to further our shared responsibility for a more inclusive society while making a meaningful difference in the lives we design for.

We prioritize diversity, equity and inclusion in every aspect of how we operate.

How We Hire

We actively seek ways to promote our job listings to a diverse candidate pool and are dedicated to continuous learning, and take a proactive approach to educating ourselves.

How We Learn

We provide training to all staff through our speaker series and e-learning to raise awareness about unconscious biases, promote cultural competency, and teach inclusive language and behaviours.

How We Promote Allyship

We amplify the voices of DEI experts through strategic alliances such MakinsAChange and Decanthropy and Optimal Performance Consultants.

How We Source

We put ongoing effort towards cultivating a library of vendors that supply inclusive products/materials and a network of artists that represent diverse identities.

How We Give Back

Our people donate their time, skills, and passion to our communities through volunteer service and pro bono work.

How We Design

We actively seek out opportunities to bolster our clients and our own ESG goals through design in new and creative ways.
