On Thursday, May 30th, members of the Figure3 team were among hundreds of other individuals gathered to celebrate excellence in the design, construction, marketing, and sales of new homes across the GTA at the prestigious 2024 BILD Awards Gala. This annual event recognizes the very best in the industry, and it was an evening filled with energy, pride, and well-deserved recognition for outstanding achievements.
We are thrilled to share that Figure3 projects were recognized with an incredible total of seven BILD Awards, a reflection of the strength of our partnerships and the creativity of our design team. The awards included:
- Best Community – Built – The Well in partnership with RioCan
- Best Suite Design (900 sq ft of less) – Bravo Condominiums, Kyoto 561, in partnership with Menkes Developments & QuadReal Property Group
- Best Purpose Built Rental Property – FourFifty The Well, in partnership with RioCan
- Project of the Year, Mid/High-Rise – FourFifty The Well, in partnership with RioCan
- People Choice – Elm & Ledbury, in partnership with Fitzrovia
- Best New Community – Planned/Under Development – Elm & Ledbury, in partnership with Fitzrovia
- Best High-Rise Building Design – Elm & Ledbury, in partnership with Fitzrovia
