On September 30th, 2025, members of Ontario’s residential construction and design community gathered at the Blue Mountain Resort for the annual OHBA Awards of Distinction Gala, a night dedicated to honouring the province’s most innovative and inspiring achievements in home building and design.
We are proud to announce that Figure3 received four awards across multiple categories:
- Lobby Entrance – Adagio, Toronto in collaboration with Menkes Developments
- High or Mid-Rise Building – City Centre, Pickering in collaboration with CentreCourt
- High or Mid-Rise Condo Suite – City Centre, Pickering in collaboration with CentreCourt
- Outdoor Living Space – Rebecca Condos, Hamilton in collaboration with Rosehaven Homes
For over three decades, the OHBA Awards of Distinction have celebrated the best in Ontario’s residential construction industry. These awards are a reflection of the creativity, and collaboration that define every Figure3 project. To have our work recognized among the very best in the province is an honour.
