Figure3 is pleased to announce the promotion of Andre Hartono to Vice President.
With more than 23 years of experience spanning architecture, interior design, and residential development, Andre has built a reputation as a trusted leader known for his technical expertise, operational excellence, and ability to guide complex projects from concept through construction.
Since joining Figure3, Andre has played a key role in the growth and success of the Residential Studio, leading the delivery of award-winning communities for many of Canada’s leading developers. His deep understanding of design, construction, and project execution has helped ensure consistently strong outcomes for clients while supporting the continued growth of the studio.
As Vice President, Andre will continue to oversee the delivery of Figure3’s residential portfolio while helping shape the strategic direction and operations of the Residential Studio. Having led a team of more than 20 designers for several years, he brings a collaborative leadership style, a commitment to mentorship, and an unwavering focus on quality and accountability.
