With more than two decades of experience in workplace design, Anna-Lisa has built a reputation for delivering exceptional projects through technical excellence, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering attention to detail. Her ability to navigate complexity with quiet confidence has made her a trusted leader within Figure3’s Workplace Studio.
Throughout her tenure at Figure3, Anna-Lisa has played an instrumental role in delivering many of the firm’s most significant workplace projects, bringing a disciplined approach to every stage of the design process. Known for her keen eye, methodical thinking, and commitment to design integrity, she consistently guides projects with precision while helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
In her new role as Vice President, Anna-Lisa will continue to lead the delivery of exceptional workplace environments while taking on an expanded leadership role focused on operational excellence, mentorship, and the continued growth of Figure3’s Workplace Studio.
