Figure3 continues Saudi Arabia Business Development Efforts

As part of our ongoing business development efforts, Figure3’s Saudi Arabia collaboration was highlighted when the firm was honoured to be one of a select few Canadian companies invited to participate in exclusive B2B and Information Sessions hosted by the Trade Commissioner Service at the Embassy of Canada to Saudi Arabia. Held over two days in downtown Toronto, this event provided a remarkable platform for Canadian firms to explore strategic opportunities within Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030 framework.

The event featured high-level presentations from a distinguished Saudi delegation, including nine representatives from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and seven from the National Center for Privatization (NCP). These sessions offered invaluable insights into the Kingdom’s evolving real estate and infrastructure landscape, spanning key sectors such as Infrastructure, Smart Buildings, Green Engineering, Residential and Commercial development, Creative Industries, tourism and entertainment infrastructure, and PPP projects. A demand-signaling workshop, led by the PIF, further outlined priorities for upcoming projects, emphasizing sustainability, co-development, and construction innovation.

This gathering exemplified the power of international partnerships and reinforced our commitment to design that drives meaningful global impact. It also marked an important milestone in Figure3’s Saudi Arabia collaboration. We look forward to continuing to build on these partnerships and contributing to forward-thinking projects that prioritize innovation, sustainability, and a better future.
