Figure3 Wins IDC’s Value of Design Award (VODA) for Workplace Innovation

On November 7th, 2024, Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) held its annual awards celebration, honouring winners of the Value of Design Awards (VODA). We are proud to share that Figure3 has been recognized with the VODA Award of Excellence 2024 in the Innovation in Workplace Design category for our Menkes Head Office project in Toronto. This recognition reflects our commitment to creating workplaces that balance innovation, functionality, and human-centered design.

We are honoured to be part of a design community that continues to demonstrate the power and value of thoughtful work in Canada and beyond. Thank you to IDC for this recognition, and congratulations to all the winners who inspire us with their creativity and impact.

About the Awards
The Value of Design Awards shine a spotlight on Canadian interior designers by showcasing the benefits of design thinking—an empathetic, inventive, and iterative process that focuses on improving the human experience in interior spaces. IDC highlights projects that not only look beautiful but also provide measurable value for people, organizations, and communities.

The Menkes Head Office project stood out for its ability to reimagine the workplace, prioritizing collaboration, wellness, and adaptability while maintaining a strong sense of brand identity.

Receiving the VODA Award of Excellence 2024 is more than a milestone for Figure3—it’s a reminder of how design can drive meaningful change, positively influencing both people and business outcomes.
