Project Detail

Dream Office REIT

Scotia Plaza, the landmark building that hovers over the heart of Toronto’s financial district, required a dramatic re-imagining of the space by new owners Dream who were seeking to move their real estate investment team into the tower.

Traditionally tenanted by law firms and financial institutions with an overabundance of corner offices, Figure3 helped redefine the space to show how any business could use it.

A 100% open office solution gives all staff equal access to spectacular 360-degree views with a ‘right to light’ principle.

The space now combines a mix of fun and social environments that foster collaboration as well as dedicated areas for focused work. Our reinvention of Dream's office has been so successful that the client has leased all available space, including their own office. Figure3 has been brought in to design their new HQ as they relocate again.
