Grand Central Mimico
In designing the condo presentation center for Vandyk Properties' Grand Central Mimico, Figure3 embraced a retail-focused approach, combining its residential and retail teams.
The transformed industrial space features a polished sales environment with sales staff strategically placed at the back, prioritizing the retail experience. The layout mirrors Etobicoke’s charm, creating a captivating promenade for potential buyers. The material palette is inspired by The Buckingham’s lobby design, the first condo at Grand Central Mimico.
