Transit City is at the heart of the changing face of the city of Vaughan. CentreCourt asked Figure3 to create a completely new product that proudly reflected the once-in-a-lifetime legacy nature of the project; to bring the downtown vibe North of the city. Transit City has been a record-breaking success, with Figure3 designing the interiors for all 5 towers of the development’s condos.
Central to our work at Transit City is the guiding principle of restrained luxury and timeless sophistication. With a classic and contemporary Italian design aesthetic, the expansive lobbies have the look and feel of a high-end boutique hotel, with the exquisite use of marble, warm woods, and subtle gold accents. A stylish eatery will be accessible directly from the lobby areas, with flexible lounge spaces throughout to make it easy to entertain on a grand scale or wind down to relax.
Transit City features an endless variety of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, including training clubs, full indoor running track, state-of-the-art cardio zone, dedicated yoga spaces, half basketball court and squash court, rooftop pool, with luxury cabanas, and co-working spaces furnished by Hermes. The award-winning suite designs offer luxurious living spaces, superior craftsmanship and well-executed detailing. Nine foot ceilings and large windows will ensure that every resident enjoys plentiful natural light.
