October 3rd was the 2024 ARIDO Awards Gala, which brought together Interior Designers and industry partners at Rebel Toronto for a night of celebration and recognition of outstanding interior design projects. The evening showcased creativity, innovation, and collaboration across the profession, making it one of the most anticipated events in the regional design community.
This year’s theme, A Night Under the Ocean, alluded not only to the visual and thematic elements of the sea but also to the “greater depths” of research, planning, and thoughtful execution that drive exceptional interior design.

Since 1982, ARIDO has held its annual awards program for all Registered members, widely regarded as one of the top honours in the Ontario design community. Recently refreshed, the program now incorporates new criteria that celebrate projects addressing equity, diversity, accessibility, inclusion, and community benefit.
These wins reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering design excellence while supporting broader values that shape the future of interior design in Canada.
