October 3rd was the 2024 ARIDO Awards Gala, which brought together Interior Designers and industry partners at Rebel Toronto for a night of celebration, recognizing outstanding interior design projects
This year’s theme, A Night Under the Ocean, alluded to the visual and thematic elements of the ocean but also to the ‘greater depths’ of thought, research, and planning that go into exceptional interior design.

Since 1982, ARIDO has held an annual awards program for all Registered members, one of the most highly regarded honours in the regional interior design community. ARIDO recently refreshed their awards program, incorporating new criteria which recognizes projects designed by members that support or addresses equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion or demonstrate support under-represented communities, or advance community benefits.
