The design of Arcadia District Condos is defined by refined finishes and sophisticated detailing, presented in a neutral palette that contrasts beautifully with the sculptural forms found in the furniture and lighting. The simplicity of the architectural shell allows the textures and finishes in the furnishings and fixtures to take center stage.

Linear concave details in the arrival lounge are subtly mirrored in the convex ceiling coves of the party room, creating visual harmony without direct duplication. Additionally, strategic planning and alignment of key elements like millwork further enhance the feeling of cohesion throughout the interior, while still preserving the unique identity of each space.

The amenity design takes a unique approach by dedicating each tower to a specific amenity focus. Tower C, known as the party and social hub, offers residents a sophisticated space for socializing and entertainment on the 7th floor. Upon exiting the elevators, guests and residents are greeted by an inviting arrival lounge—an open, hotel-like environment perfect for welcoming guests or simply escaping to a more communal setting.
