Project Detail

Canada Goose

Following rapid growth, Canada Goose needed a new HQ that would bring together their corporate office and manufacturing division.

A strategic real estate analysis was undertaken to assess options for their new headquarters and manufacturing premises. Figure3 helped define the employee and visitor experience, building a program that supports future growth projections.

Upon choosing a historic post-and-beam building and reviewing the integrity of the building, Figure3 worked with the landlord to ensure necessary building upgrades were completed to specification.

Housing 100 employees, the facility features an office and meeting room spine with open environments that take advantage of the character of the space. A large cafeteria, product showroom and employee gymnasium were also incorporated into the headquarters. The resulting project is a true reflection of the brand – a well-engineered and durable solution within the context of a historic and innovative organization.
