Now with only three private offices, the space is open with flexible work stations that encourage employee connection. Privacy pods are located throughout allowing for focused heads-down work. Large red tables used by their construction teams to review architectural drawings create a distinction between the offices and work stations, and feature a canopy of bulbs overhead inspired by old school movie theatre marquees. Large yellow tables are also placed on the perimeter of the workspace for ad hoc meetings, with lights retrofitted into cages overhead resembling stage lights as seen on movie sets. Having workstations along the exterior perimeter allow natural light to flow throughout the space. The meeting rooms themselves feel like their own lightboxes, with graphic imagery and multi-coloured privacy glazing which help with wayfinding.
