Project Detail

Trinity Place

Strictly San Francisco, Trinity was founded in 1949 with a singular purpose – to become the city’s premier provider of rental apartments.

Seven decades later, their newest project Trinity Place is transforming an entire block of the downtown SOMA neighbourhood. But the tide of tech start-ups has created huge demand for rental product, and with multiple players now in the marketplace Trinity tasked us with creating a stand-out offering.

Refined, uncluttered and immune to fleeting trends, Trinity’s design style can be summed up in two words: understated sophistication. Gone are cold, corporate-feeling lobbies in favour of elegant wood paneling, fireplaces, and soft seating options.

Suites feature upscale touches evident in the Carrara marble style bathrooms and the high-quality kitchen finishes. Now convinced that a rental product can be design led, Trinity has us to overhaul their existing portfolio and prepare concepts for their fourth building at Trinity Place; their first foray into true luxury rental.

Show suites are common in the condo market; but not for rentals. Applying our knowledge of design, marketing and sales we created something that elevates rentals.
