Inspired by the fashion-forward ethos of Ted Baker and the rich traditions of English interiors, the design balances sophistication with warmth, catering to young professionals seeking a vibrant yet cozy lifestyle.
The lobby, a centerpiece of the design, features oversized floral graphics inspired by Victorian botanical patterns. A striking floral print behind the reception desk wraps from the wall to the ceiling, creating a sense of drama and depth. Similarly, in the gym, a vibrant floral motif adds a dynamic layer to the space, blending unexpected details with functionality. These bold design choices reflect Figure3’s expertise in creating environments that are visually stimulating and contextually relevant.
To bring this vision to life, the design team layered textures, patterns, and materials that reflect the interplay of traditional and modern elements. Dark wood paneling, antique mirrors, gold detailing, and oversized floral graphics create a layered and intimate atmosphere. Wallcoverings echo men’s suiting fabrics such as pinstripes and tweeds, juxtaposed with the delicate femininity of floral prints. These elements come together to create spaces that feel richly textured and deeply residential.
The condominium’s communal spaces are carefully designed to feel like an extension of the residents’ suites.
